The registration fee includes attendance of all conference online sessions and program book (pdf version).
Participation to the conference is considered final only once the registration fees have been paid.

In order to identify your payment, it is necessary to specify the name of the participant and the registration ID.
The registration ID is generated after you register and send to you via email.
It is possible to pay for multiple participants at once. In this case, please send a list of the participants specifying their names, IDs and amount of payment per person to organization@piezo2021.org

Taxes
All fees are quoted in Euro and include VAT. A tax invoice will be issued by our financial office after your payment, and sent to you by e-mail.

VISA Letter Application
Entry visas are required for some foreign citizens. Please check with your travel agency or with the consular offices of the Italy republic whether you need an entrance visa.
The Organizing Committee can assists by processing an official letter confirming registration for the conference. This letter does not commit the Piezo 2021 Conference to any financial obligation. Please note that the Organizing Committee is not responsible for any procedures with the Foreign Police.
The support letter can be send via email (free), regular mail (free) or by Express Mail (100 EUR).
Please fill out the necessary details in the registration form if you are going to apply for a visa and would like to make use of the confirmation letter.
